Great service and friendly personnel. They give service men and women a discount. We really do enjoy this benefit.

Very friendly. The staff will go out of there way to make the visit a great one. I noticed they have a men's and women's room. Also have a unisex bathroom. Yep 3 bathrooms. Free WiFi and a new updated decor.

I thought it was horrible. Two guys at counter had no customer service experience. Just stared blankly at an elderly lady when she told them her order was wrong & finally she just said don't worry about it, I will just eat it! I was appalled. Apparently manager isn't very customer oriented either. Won't stop there again!

My daughter's school had a fundraiser and the staff was outstanding. The self order kiosk were simple and easy to use. When eating in, the one dollar any size all you can drink is awesome.

Go to order a bacon Qtr with cheese with added egg. After getting home egg not added even tho it's on reciepr and box. Call too see what I need to bring to get refund or correction. During the call employee "Stacey" says she would remember a specialty order like that if it went out. Next time a customer calls about an order issue, probably best not to automatically assume they are lying since you believe you remember all the orders that go out. Instead on trying to remember the orders gone out focus on putting the correct orders out .

I said 4* because Knob McDonald's have really stepped up. Instead of the drive thru getting your order wrong 75% of the time it's now probably 33% or 1/3 of the time. However, that being said, ask for Ginny, Jessica or Peyton and they'll make sure it's correct!!

They didn't ask me how I wanted it cooked...I guess I should have specified?

Justin IS AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE! He turned my night around by not only correcting my order that *I* ordered incorrectly, he refunded me for the incorrect burger and let me keep it! He genuinely seemed like he cared, even if it was over a simple burger at McDonald's. Little did he know, we had been at the hospital all night trying to get answers for my daughter. And he turned my horrible night around! So thank you Justin! Please continue being a great person! MARCH 6,2020 around 7 pm drive thru!

Food was hot and good. We had to wait in drive thru a long time before our order was taken. Then wait again for a long time for our food.

They are so welcome for the customer and the service are so fast.

Had a separate line inside of drive thru customers getting orders corrected.

Its McD's..svs friendly, mostly fast.

The Warrensburg McDonalds is clean and professional. If they mess up an order during a rush, they are more than happy to fix the situation. The atmosphere definitely improved when they had renovations done a while back.

I frequent this McDonald's weekly usu no issue. This time my fries were cold. I had to get some fresh ones.

Exactly what you'd expect. It's clean, it's fast, it's easy.

Like any other McDonald's, they sometimes get the order wrong but they always fix it. The food always tastes as it was meant or they'll remake it. My husband and I usually have complicated orders, but they usually always make it exactly as we ask which is amazing. My only complaint is with the actual restaurant itself. I liked the old style better, it was more functional and looked more clean. The "style" of the latest remodel is just weird and something about the black and white chairs makes gives it a weird look. The new style also doesn't allow for them to show how involved they are in the community, where as before they had a display case that really gave you a sense of their involvement in the community. All in all, the staff and restaurant is great, I just liked the old look better. :)

Best McDonald's I've EVER eaten at, hands down. And did I mention, we serve the military? Yes, Whiteman Air Force Base is here in our sleepy little town, home of the B2 Stealth Bomber. Oh, and my daughter works there.

Best service I've had at a McDonald's in a long-time

Let me start with how embarrassed I would be to manage this particular establishment, there was management and plenty of staff. Not even half of the parking lot was full so no reason for a 10 minute wait for 15 mcnuggets. I asked an employee about my order and if I had been forgotten, he replied "I don't think we did ". Five minutes later I receive my meal. 15 minutes total! No! Don't waste your time! Turn around and leave before you are stuck in this horrible place full of nincompoops.

The young lady taking my order was not happy in being bothered with my order. It was not right and when I got to the window to pay I knew it was not right because the amount was too small. She corrected it, I paid and went to the next window to pick up my order an it still was not right. This young lady was not in a good mood either. I accepted the order as it was and left, not saying anything except, Thank you and have a great evening!

They wouldnt take me coupon deal and my fries were cold

For the most part McDonald's was good. The sandwich was a bit greesy but not too bad. We didn't have to wait. Most of the tables were clean.

Was given the wrong food at the drive through. Didn't have time to take it back. The food I was given was dry and seemed to have sat for a while.

Went through drive thru. Very busy but the line went fast. All employees were nice, friendly and smiling

I will say this McDs has improved, the people who take your payment at the 1st window are always great, friendly and with a smile. Second window picking up your drive thru order is a hit or miss, but food is fresh and orders are finally correct, well thus far.

Fast and convenient. Very clean. Looks newly remodeled, with new interactive menus.

Stopped in on my way home from Kansas. The food came out hot and fresh and the service was friendly not to mention the store was clean. By far favorite part was the sensory table though my kids loved it.
